After Sales support
The Intimus brand is the only brand of shredders sold in Ireland that is supported directly by a trained team of service engineers. All our engineers have undertaken extensive training programmes within the Schleicher factory in Germany.
The DBC Group and Schleicher Corporation do not subcontract their service work to third parties. We believe that in the unlikely event that you have a technical issue with our shredders; we commit to control, identify, implement and resolve the problem. Then, we report the issue directly to the manufacturer for immediate quality assessment.

A guarantee of quality
We are confident with the quality of our Intimus shredders, so we give a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the cutting heads. And as they are the most expensive part of the shredder, this is great reassurance for you!
In addition, all our shredders come with a one year fully comprehensive guarantee. So, in the unlikely event that your machine develops a fault within 1 year of purchase, we will replace it with a similar model or repair it for you.
Lifetime Support
We have our own service department dedicated to servicing and maintaining shredders, you have the assurance in knowing that your shredder can be maintained throughout its life. Optional service contracts can be initiated upon expiry of your comprehensive guarantee. But don't worry, we'll send you a reminder when that date arrives!
